311jilipark will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach.
311jilipark accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction within your Account dashboard.
Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 311jilipark is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
311jilipark aims to process approved withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 311jilipark, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
311jilipark's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Where termination is not due to Player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
